Don't Come Looking For Love 3: Family Ties Page 7

  “That cheating bitch!” I said.

“What the fuck are you talking about?” O’Shea asked me.

“I hate you! I fucking hate you!” I screamed as Harry dragged me out of the living room. Kensi woke up crying and Shia stood there with Tookie on her shoulder. My family was ruined!

“Calm down, Britain! Your daughter is watching you,” Harry said.

“I gave this nigga another fucking child and he does me like this?” I asked myself in disbelief. My mother stood there rocking Kensi in her arms.

I snatched away from him then walked up the stairs and down the hall to our bedroom. I went into our walk-in closet snatching his clothes off the hangers. I didn’t know where O’Shea was going but he was getting the fuck out of here!

“Yo, what the fuck! Put my fucking shit back! I’m not leaving my damn kids! What the fuck is wrong with you?” he asked, snatching his clothes from me.

“That’s why you came in late that night? You got right out of bed after your phone rang! You needed to test some new beats, huh?” I asked. He starred at me as his nostrils flared. “What were you doing that night?”

“Baby, I can’t tell you that,” he said.

“Your family, O’Shea! We don’t matter to you? How could you?” I asked him.

  O’Shea

Britain stood there with tears running down her face and I didn’t know what to do to console her. She asked me something I couldn’t tell her. She was talking about the night I went out to kill Fitz. How are you supposed to tell your shorty that you left the house to kill a man? And her brother at that!

“You cheated on me! You fucking cheated on me!” she screamed, throwing clothes into my face.

“That shit is old!” I told her.

“Rissa has been in this house when she was working for you! She has been around me! She has been around smiling in my face and you couldn’t tell me y’all fucked? What type of shit is that? I don’t know what to believe! But I do know you need to get the fuck out at the moment!” she said, dumping my jewelry on the floor.

“I’m going to let you cool off. I’ll be back tomorrow,” I told her.

I kissed my kids then stormed out of the house. I called Kenjay.

  “Yoooooo!” he answered.

“My nigga you won’t believe this shit! Britain swung on a nigga! She put my black ass out! Yo, real nigga shit, I almost slipped up and knocked her ass out!” I said.

“What the fuck for? Something is wrong with these females! Latavia’s simple ass went to the doctor’s yesterday and didn’t even tell me. I had to find out from Sameer because Lo-Lo went with her. But you had to do something to take Britain out of character!”

“Rissa sent old pics to my phone of us fucking! I’m going to kill that bitch! She is fucking with me and I don’t know why!” I said to Kenjay.

I pulled up to the Dynasty Hotel that was owned by Shine. When I walked into the lobby, Shine was standing behind the desk flipping through papers.

“Looking casket sharp!” I said to him.

“Y’all niggas need to start wearing suits! A young, black nigga in a suit be having motherfuckers scared! You can be a dumb broke nigga. But throw on a suit and some slick shoes and they might think you own a yacht!” he said laughing.

“I need a room! Baby mama put my ass out!” I said.

“Yo, what the fuck is going on? Latavia tripping and now Britain! She must’ve hit you because your eye is bruised,” he said.

“Nigga, she did more than hit me. She was fighting my ass. I mean ripped my shirt and all of that,” I replied. He grabbed some keys under the desk then told me to follow him.

We got off the elevator on the fifteenth floor. There was one door in the main hall. Shine opened it and there was a penthouse suite. It even had an elevator in it.

“Damn, this shit is laid!” I told him.

“I have a suite like this at all of my hotels. But you can stay here as long as you like. It’s low-key and you don’t have to worry about paparazzi and all of that other stuff you be having going on.”

I went to the bar to pour me some Henny. “My family is everything to me. We just had a son! We are supposed to get married! Shia was exposed to all of that shit. She watched that shit go down. I never want my kids to see me and their mother fighting,” I said, guzzling down my drink.

“She will calm down,” Shine said. His phone rang then he smirked.

“Hey, beautiful,” he said into the phone. He walked out of the room. My phone beeped and it was a message from Rissa. She told me she would meet me at the studio tomorrow at 2pm if I still wanted my career. I needed to get rid of this bitch! After all this time, I thought Jordan Liles was up to something, but Rissa was masterminding it all.

I turned on the seventy-inch flat-screen TV that hung on the wall. There was breaking news. I turned the volume up.

“Singer Jordan Liles was found dead in her apartment a few hours ago. Neighbors complained that there was a foul odor coming from her apartment. After receiving many complaints, the landlord decided to check it out. Jordan has been dead for at least three weeks. She died from a fatal gunshot wound.”

They showed the coroners bringing her body out of the building and loading it into a van. Jordan got on my nerves but I never would’ve expected someone to kill her. Something was going on and I felt like I was going to be tied to it.

The next day I pulled up to the gate in front of our house. I punched in the code and it didn’t work. On the small screen it said, “Code Denied”. I called the house phone. Shia answered it.

“Hey, baby girl! Where is your mother?” I asked her.

“Feeding Kensi in the nursery. When are you coming back home, daddy?” she asked sadly. I never disrespected Britain or put hands on her, but I felt like choking her.

“Open the gate up for me,” I told her.

“Okay!” she said. A few seconds later the gate opened. I drove a mile up the hill to my house. I hopped out with my car still running.

“Shia, go outside around the back. Don’t go near the pool though it’s too deep. Water your mother’s flowers,” I told her.

  “Okay!” she replied.

I ran up the stairs into the nursery. Britain laid Kensi down in his crib.

I grabbed her by her shirt, dragging her out of the room to our bedroom. I slammed the door and a few wall decorations fell onto the floor.

I shoved her on the bed. “Yo, I have never wanted to smack you as much as I want to now. You got my fucking daughter seeing this shit! You changed the codes! What the fuck is wrong with you? Have you lost your damn mind? Are you trying to keep me from my kids, Britain? You are acting like a straight up bitch! I told you that shit was old!” I yelled at her.

“How do I know that? How can I trust you when you weren’t man enough to tell me that you had sex with her? The bitch was around me and your family! You should’ve gave me a heads-up! So, when you keep secrets it makes me feel like you still are!” she said.

“I have not slept with that girl since we’ve been together!” I told her. Tears fell from her eyes.

“I don’t trust anybody anymore, O’Shea. I want to believe you! Lord knows that I do! Where did you go the night you left our bed? Why can’t you answer that? Something is going on with you and I want to know what it is!”

“As much as I want to, I can’t tell you that,” I said.

“Did you kill Jordan Liles?” Britain asked me.

“What! Why the fuck would you ask me that?” I asked her.

“She was pregnant! They just posted it on the internet! I guess whoever killed her would have a motive, Is that why Rissa is harassing you? She might know something that I don’t know! You know the eyes never lie! There is more to you than just being a rapper!” she said.

“Shorty, I’m not listening to you. What the fuck are you wearing a wire or something? Have you lost your fucking mind? You don’t ever fix your mouth to ask me something like that! EVER! Jordan has nothing to do wit
h me!” I told her.

“You are Yager’s son! Believe it or not, you have a part of him in you! I can see it! Your own mother saw it!” she spat. I grabbed her around the neck, pushing her to the wall.

“Don’t you ever in your fucking life compare me to that fuck-ass nigga! EVER! I love you so much I would put my life on the line for you! I would kill a nigga if they even fucking touch you! All I have done was protect you!” I told her letting her go. She slid down onto the floor.

“I’m going to give you your space but I will be back tomorrow! You are just like your father! Stop acting slow! You already know what it is! I’m not letting nobody tear apart my family!” I said, walking out of the room.

I pulled up at the studio and Rissa was standing in the parking lot by her Maserati. Rissa was Peruvian and though she was drop-dead gorgeous, she still wasn’t shit.

“You get sexier and sexier every time I see you! I miss you, daddy! That big black dick just slamming into my pussy,” she said, grabbing my dick. I slapped her hand away then she pouted.

“I won’t keep you long. I know your Porky the Pig woman wants you to come back home. That’s if she didn’t leave you already. But any who, all I want is three million and it can all go away. See, I know how much you’re worth! Millions! So, three million should be chump change,” she said.

“Bitch! Are you crazy? I don’t give a fuck if the world sees those pictures. My dick is already on the internet!” I said.

“I’m not talking about the pictures! I just did those to piss wifey off. I have a bigger fish to catch,” she said, typing away on her phone. My phone beeped. “You might want to see that!”

I opened up the message and my jaw tightened up. It was a video of someone raping Jordan. After they raped her, they killed her. I couldn’t see the man’s face but he was wearing my custom-made, black diamond chain. He had the same build as me. His face was covered and apparently Jordan thought it was me because she screamed, “Stop it O’Shea!” when they raped her.

“So, you are looking at jail time. Your fans will hate you and your family will shame you. Three million sounds about right. I will call you at the end of the week to give you a place where we can meet up. Oh, and don’t try any funny shit! Someone is watching you, so I will know if you do. Chow.” She got into her car and pulled off.

I got into my car then banged on the steering wheel. “FUCK! FUCK! FUCK!” I shouted. This bitch was ruining my life. My phone rang and it was the nigga Corey.

“What’s up, nigga?” I asked him.

“Shit, seeing what’s good with you. Ma Dukes is having a family cookout and Leodonis wants Kenjay’s family to come. That nigga ain’t answering the phone! So, holla at Mr. Miyagi for me!” he said laughing.

“Cool, but I need a favor.”

“Okay, bet! I knew my palms was itching this morning for a reason. I’m ready to take my daughter to the doctor. When I get back, I’ll rap to you!”

  I chuckled. “Okay, bet!”

  Kenjay

“What do you want to eat, Kenjay?” Takera asked me.

“Not hotdogs and pork-n-beans! Shorty, you know you don’t be burning in the kitchen!” I said.

“I always had this vision of me cooking in my new apartment for you. You know, feed you and all that good shit,” she said. Takera moved out of the hood and into a one-bedroom condo. I was proud of her because I never thought she would get a job.

“Naw, shorty, I’m good! But I do have something for you,” I told her.

  “What is it?” she asked.

“Come out here for a second,” I said, walking towards the door.

We walked outside to a new Dodge Durango truck.

“It’s nice, Kenjay! A step down from your expensive taste but I can dig it!” she said.

I handed her the keys. “Naw, shorty that’s you! Look at as an ‘I’m proud of you’ gift. Now, you can get to work on time.” I bought the truck with the money I extorted from Dizzy’s bitch ass.

Takera wrapped her arms around me as she tried to kiss me. I mushed her.

“Yo, what I tell you about that? I don’t like that shit! You might work and all that other good shit, but you still a freak!” I said smirking.

“Don’t you kiss, Latavia?” she asked.

“Yeah, that’s my fiancé! She’s carrying my child. Why wouldn’t I?” I asked her. Takera was cool but when she brought up Latavia it ran me hot.

“You proposed to her, Kenjay? Really? I been fucking with you for years and I can’t even get you to take me to Red Lobster!” she fussed with her hands on her hips.

“Yo, shut the fuck up with that! So what I didn’t take you anywhere! If you called me for something I gave it to you with no questions asked. I paid for all the furniture in your new crib and just bought you a 2015 Dodge Durango truck and you want to bitch? Shit, bitches can’t even get four-piece nuggets nowadays!” I said to her. She poked her lip out. She knew I was a sucker for that. There was something about a broad pouting that turned me on.

“Can I at least have a kiss?” she asked.

“Fuck no! I told you about that! That’s intimate! Something you and I are not! So, let’s not confuse our situation for something else!” I spat.

Her eyes watered. “I’m in love with you, Kenjay and I don’t think it will ever stop! All of these years I waited and waited for you but you never came to me like that. It was always me sucking your dick or you fucking me from the back. Like some fucking animal! So, I said let me get myself together, so he can see that I’m not just some ghetto-ass hoodrat who doesn’t have any morals! You still don’t respect me! I thought maybe it was because I didn’t respect myself! But you just don’t give a fuck about me, period!” she said.

I didn’t know what to say to her. I did care for Takera; I’m not going to lie. But only one woman could get to my heart and that was Latavia. But honestly, if Takera had been on her shit before I met Latavia then I would’ve been with her. Takera understood me more and that was the only quality Latavia lacked. Latavia wanted to see what she wanted to see. She wanted it her way or no way at all.

“How about we stop fucking each other then? You shouldn’t love a man who doesn’t appreciate you! You deserve better, shorty! If I didn’t care about you, I wouldn’t be up front with you. But you know I don’t sugarcoat shit!” I replied. She rolled her eyes at me then walked up the steps.

“Thanks for the truck, Kenjay. I appreciate it. Have a nice life,” she spat going into her condo then slamming the door. I shook my head and I called Sameer.

“Yo, where you at?” I asked Sameer.

“On my way to Lo-Lo’s crib.”

“Come and scoop me.” I gave him the address then hung up.

Ten minutes later, Sameer pulled up blasting Kevin Gates song “I Don’t Get Tired”. I opened the door and a big cloud of smoke hit me in the face.

“You stay getting big high, don’t you?” I asked. He nodded.

“You have to ride with me to Lo-Lo’s crib though. You live on the other side of town. Who live over here?” he asked me.

  “Takera,” I answered.

“Sakera moving on up, isn’t she?” He laughed.

“Lo-Lo, let me use your phone real quick!” I said to her.

“Where is your phone?” she asked me.

“Dead! I left the charger at my crib!”

“Use, Sameer’s phone then!” she hollered from the kitchen. Lo-Lo was an evil-ass female!

“It’s dead, Lo-Lo! Let the nigga use the phone! Damn!” Sameer said getting up, snatching her phone from the table.

“Lo-Lo! Why do you have a passcode on your phone?” Sameer asked. Lo-Lo stormed into the living room, snatching her cellphone from Sameer, unlocking it. She threw it at me then stormed back down the hall. Pregnancy didn’t agree with that moody broad.

I went into her messages shooting Latavia a text message. I was going to strangle her ass when I got a hold of her! It had been a little over a month since I saw her at O
Shea’s party. I didn’t even know the sex of the baby! I didn’t know shit! I had to find something out soon. It was sad that I had to do this shit— pretend to use her cousin’s phone to get her fucking number. Lo-Lo wouldn’t have given me her number if I asked for it.

“You are a slick-ass nigga! You take care of that while I take care of Lo-Lo! She will catch on real quick!” Sameer said getting up.

“Lo-Lo, I need some pussy!” he said walking down the hall. That lil’ nigga is wild.

Lo-Lo had Latavia stored in her phone under her nickname. I sent her a message.

  Me: What are you doing??
